Enjoy an intimate dinner with your closest friends while our chef creates a custom 5-course meal of starters, entrees and dessert. PS23 chef will also come out and explain each course himself and what wine it is paired with. Chef tables can be booked year around Monday-Thursday evenings. Reserve a table of 8 for $1,000 or $125 per person.

Chef's Table private events must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance to give our staff ample time to develop a menu for your party.
