Tart flavor, sweet fruit, apples and pears, with a grainy background. Light body with high carbonation. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of pastry. Looking for a creative person to work in stride with our Executive Chef and lead the PS23 pastry kitchen to keep pace with our growth. Candidates must apply in person, any of six days open per week (closed Sundays), from 2 to 5:00 PM.
